V1.0.2 release note

1.0.2 / code 7 adds a four-step medicine wizard, separate treatment targets and physical stock, and with food/empty stomach/anytime choices. Treatment end and plan validation were improved, and medicine-list refresh after restore was fixed. A limited notification is used when the full alarm session cannot start. User Guide access with large text and landscape screens was improved. Earlier published APKs remain unchanged.
