Do I need to create a HatırdaKi account?
No. Medication, dose, alarm, stock, calendar, local backup and report features work without an account.
Does it work without internet access?
Yes. HatırdaKi V1 does not request Android INTERNET permission or initiate in-app network requests. If you open the help site, email app or an Android share target, the external service you selected may use the internet. Website contact and survey forms require a connection.
Where is my local backup saved?
New local backups are created in the shared Downloads/Tabletki folder. Android’s document picker in the backup flow is used to import another backup file. You start the backup; HatırdaKi does not automatically send the file to a developer server or cloud account. If you share it with another app or recipient, that destination’s data practices apply.
Are backups always encrypted?
No. Backup encryption with a recovery passphrase is optional. A backup without passphrase protection is not cryptographically encrypted; the app warns you before creating it.
What happens if I forget my recovery passphrase?
BKDev neither knows nor can recover it. Store the passphrase safely if you want to open an encrypted backup on a new device.
Why might an alarm be late or not appear?
Notification, exact-alarm and full-screen permissions, battery saving, force-stop, Doze and manufacturer restrictions can affect alarms. Check permissions and battery settings; reopen the app after a force-stop.
What happens when stock reaches zero?
Physical stock never goes below zero. When usable stock runs out for an eligible active treatment, upcoming doses and their dose alarms pause safely; this period is not recorded as missed doses. If you mark a dose as Taken while stock is insufficient, the missing amount is recorded separately after your explicit confirmation. A new box settles the oldest shortage first. If usable stock remains afterward, treatment resumes at the next appropriate dose without repeating past doses; if the whole box is used to settle the shortage, the pause continues. Low- or empty-stock information may still be shown.
What should I not send when asking for support?
Do not send your medicine list, diagnosis, health report, backup file, recovery passphrase or other sensitive health information.
