HatırdaKi’s purpose and limits

1. Provider

HatırdaKi is provided by Barbaros Kırılmaz under the independent developer name BKDev. BKDev is not an incorporated company, clinic or healthcare organisation.

2. Product purpose

HatırdaKi is an assistive tracking tool for personal medication plans, dose records, alarms, physical stock, history and user-controlled backups.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment, drug-interaction assessment or dosage recommendations, and it does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for entering medication, dosage, time, stock and schedule details accurately and consistently with your healthcare professional’s instructions, and for checking changes.

Do not use the app as your only source of verification. Maintain suitable alternative reminders and professional guidance, particularly for critical treatment.

4. Alarm and platform limitations

Alarm delivery can be affected by Android permissions, exact-alarm access, notification and full-screen settings, Doze, battery saving, force-stop, the operating system and device-manufacturer behaviour.

HatırdaKi is designed to make alarms reliable, but uninterrupted or exactly timed delivery cannot be guaranteed on every device and under every condition. Check permissions and battery restrictions regularly.

5. Backups and recovery passphrase

The user starts a local backup; each new copy is created in the shared Downloads/Tabletki folder. You are responsible for keeping an encrypted backup’s recovery passphrase safe and checking that the file is current and restorable. HatırdaKi does not send the passphrase to BKDev, and BKDev cannot recover a forgotten passphrase; a backup without one has no additional file encryption, and people or apps with access to it may read sensitive medication records.

6. Availability and changes

The website, support or optional online services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or provider outages.

Information about new features and making the application available on different platforms reflects our future plans. No firm date is provided for these plans, and acceptance of the application by app stores is not guaranteed. Published installation files (APK files) are not changed afterward. Required corrections are published as a new version.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use site forms for spam, malicious content, unauthorised-access attempts or violations of other people’s rights.

You must not use the app or website unlawfully or attempt to bypass security measures.

8. Intellectual rights and third parties

Rights in the HatırdaKi name, visual identity and original website content are reserved. No permission is granted to copy or misleadingly republish them beyond an expressly provided right of use.

When you download the APK through GitHub or choose an external browser, email app or Android share target, that service’s own terms apply. Providing a link does not mean that BKDev controls the service.

9. Applicable law and contact

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any consumer rights granted to you by law that cannot be limited by contract remain protected.
